She’s a Holistic Nutritionist who has been in the field for 20 years and has healed herself after suffering from SIBO, H Pylori, and a chronic E. Coli infection. She also teaches and practices meditation, yoga, massage therapy, Ayurveda, minimalism, plant-based eating, and more. She is a perpetual student specializing in digestion and healing the root cause of disease through nutrition and lifestyle management.
